Brewtality Festival Spotlight: Suiciety

Share This:

The Brewtality Festival is on again this year and HEAVY Music Magazine is proud to be a presenting partner. The event will be held on 8 August across two venues; The Tote and The Bendigo Hotel.

We caught up with Suiciety to get an insight into the band, what you can expect from them at Brewtality Festival and more.

What’s your latest release?

Latest release will be Crawling Machine edition out in Late August / early September-ish. The Cell EP was released in 1995.

How has 2015 started out for your band?

2015 started exceedingly well, writing and demoing a bunch of new stuff, releasing the EP and people giving a shit about us enough to play some shows and make music again. Brewtality is the first show since Adam was a boy. It’s amazing to get back on the horse, so to speak.

Can you give me a few words that would make me come over to your stage and watch your set?

People would come to our show to see the energetic circus. New songs and generally have a good time.

What song is going to be the highlight of your Brewtality set, the one that will really engage with the crowd?

The new single Toma esto es will be pleasing to the ear.

If there was one song in history that you could have written, what would it be and why?

Songs that could’ve been written about us: How Will I know by Whitney or Push It by Salt n Pepper… That’s how we roll…
