The Brewtality Festival is on again this year and HEAVY Music Magazine is proud to be a presenting partner. The event will be held on 8 August across two venues; The Tote and The Bendigo Hotel.
We caught up with Envenomed to get an insight into the band, what you can expect from them at Brewtality Festival and more.
What’s your latest release?
Our debut album released in June 2014 Evil Unseen.
How has 2015 started out for your band?
We started the year with a few shows in Melbourne with the likes of Desecrator, Lord, Decimatus, Harlott, Orpheus & Dreadnaught to name a few. We then set out on the ‘Catalyst for Evil’ Aussie tour with our mates in Decimatus promoting both of our new releases.
Can you give me a few words that would make me come over to your stage and watch your set?
An Envenomed live set is a good blend of riffage, melody and humour! If you can’t have a laugh between songs, your being too serious, People like to be entertained!
What song is going to be the highlight of your Brewtality set, the one that will really engage with the crowd?
Crocodile Rock by Elton John…
If there was one song in history that you could have written, what would it be and why? Stairway to Heaven. So it could be my song that annoys everyone because they’ve heard it ENOUGH!
