BETTER NOISE MUSIC Unleash Monthly Round Up THE NOISE

Better Noise Music, home to bands including Five Finger Death Punch, The HU, Dirty Heads, NOTHING MORE, Sabaton, Yellowcard, Bad Wolves, The Funeral Portrait and many more, have released their latest edition of The NOISE, a monthly trailer highlighting the label’s newest music. This month, the trailer features:

SABATON

Global Power Metal Band SABATON unveiled their second single and cinematic video, Hordes Of Khan from their forthcoming 11th studio album, which is due out later this year, marking their Better Noise Music debut.

“The story behind our new single ‘Hordes Of Khan’ was a great one to take a deep dive into,” says singer Joakim Brodén. “The song actually turned out to have way more depth than we expected. Genghis Khan wasn’t just a conqueror; he was a complex figure who left behind a huge legacy. He built the largest contiguous empire in history, stretching far beyond Mongolia, and his influence only grew after his death. Honestly, we couldn’t have picked a more suitable subject for the new direction SABATON is heading in! ‘Hordes of Khan’ hits hard, and it’s heavy for good reason. We know our fans crave heavy music, and we’re pumped to see how they react to this one. Hopefully, it’s a track they’ll be blasting on repeat!”

THE HU

While their legions of fans anxiously await a new album, innovative Mongolian rock group and global phenomenon The HU released a new digital EP ECHOS OF THUNDER containing alternate versions of three standout songs from their album, RUMBLE OF THUNDER—This Is Mongol, Bii Biyelgee, and Triangle—with special guests including members of Alice In Chains, Thousand Foot Krutch, and Neon Trees, as well as ROME.

Also released was a visualizer video for This Is Mongol (Warrior Souls) (Feat. William DuVall from Alice In Chains and Trevor McNevan from Thousand Foot Krutch) – Teerawk Remix which received a dynamic remix treatment by Trevor McNevan of Thousand Foot Krutch, working under his remix alias Teerawk. Teerawk brings his signature energy to the track, layering in additional vocals and lyrics that both complement and expand upon William DuVall’s (Alice In Chains) original vision.

YELLOWCARD

Alt rock favourites Yellowcard announced their new album Better Days and released the lead single and title track Better Days along with album track honestly i. Better Days is the band’s first full feature length album in almost a decade and will be available on October 10. This highly anticipated album is produced as well as executive produced by Travis Barker. Barker also plays drums on every song.

The single Better Days is an unflinching reflection on gratitude, forgiveness, perspective, and purpose. Once ubiquitous on MTV and the Billboard Hot 100, the Vans Warped Tour veterans, whose first two albums produced double-platinum and gold title tracks, sound fully recharged and revitalized in 2025. William Ryan Key, Sean Mackin, Ryan Mendez, and Josh Portman have never sounded stronger. Better Days is also accompanied by a music video that has the guys depicting iconic 80’s movie characters performing in a vintage video shop. Directed by Jordan Phoenix, the video is a reflection of how much fun the guys are having this time around as a band and with their music. Ryan Key says, “We are focused on this chapter of our career being about happiness. This is the most fun we’ve had making a video in 20 years, and we hope everyone has a smile on their face when they watch it.”

THE FUNERAL PORTRAIT

“It’s an attempt to put all of our anxious thoughts into one place,” explains singer and songwriter Lee Jennings of THE FUNERAL PORTRAIT about the inspiration for their newly released single Evergreen. Evergreen is one of the three brand new songs featured on the deluxe edition of the red-hot emo-rooted band’s second album, the 24-track GREETINGS FROM SUFFOCATE CITY – FROM BEYOND THE ABYSS: DELUXE EDITION.

“The song speaks to universal and painful truths—that love is the source of all suffering, and the bittersweet feelings that coincide with it,” elaborates Jennings. “The lyrics come from an extremely personal place and are set against a melancholy, stripped-back track that helps accent one of our most emotional hymns to date.”

THE FUNERAL PORTRAIT achieved the #1 spot last November on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Airplay and Mediabase’s Active Rock radio charts with their smash single Suffocate City (feat. Spencer Charnas of Ice Nine Kills). They’re once again enjoying #1 success on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Airplay chart with Holy Water, which features guest vocals by Ivan Moody of Five Finger Death Punch; the song is also firmly planted in the Top Five on Mediabase’s Active Rock charts with Holy Water.
