BETTER NOISE MUSIC Presents Monthly Edition Of THE NOISE

Better Noise Music, home to bands including Five Finger Death Punch, The HU, Dirty Heads, NOTHING MORE, Sabaton, Yellowcard, Bad Wolves, The Funeral Portrait and many more, have released their latest edition of The NOISE, a monthly trailer highlighting the label’s newest music. This month, the trailer features:

FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH

Multi-platinum hard rock powerhouse FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH (@5fdp) celebrated their 20th anniversary with the release of a new album, Best Of – Volume 1, a collection of re-recorded versions of the band’s most iconic chart-topping hits, available everywhere now. The move to re-record the songs comes in response to the recent sale of the band’s original master recordings by their former label, an action made without their knowledge or the opportunity to reclaim their own work.

When this unexpected curveball was thrown the band’s way, they chose to turn it into something positive and powerful. Rather than settling for a remix or remaster, the members of Five Finger Death Punch decided to fully re-record the album for a 2025 edition—an homage to the songs and to the fans who’ve made them matter by standing with the band every step of the way.

FROM ASHES TO NEW

All eyes are on the explosive alt-metal outfit FROM ASHES TO NEW. They’ve already made their mark as a hugely successful band with a #1-charting album—2023’s BLACKOUT —which landed the #1 spot on several iTunes and Spotify Rock and Metal charts across the globe. Artistically, the Lancaster, PA outfit have made an impact with a distinctive amalgam of hard rock, hip-hop, electronic, and alternative music, combined with songs that bracingly capture their generation’s anxieties.

FROM ASHES TO NEW are now back with the powerful New Disease, an unflinching song about the dangers of trend jumping. New Disease intensifies FROM ASHES TO NEW’s sound and vision and is primed to galvanize their growing fanbase. “Every day there’s a new trend,” says the band’s Matt Brandyberry about the song’s theme. “Every day there’s a new wave of people going out of their way to be recognized no matter the cost. We are hypnotized by our vices…we will kill ourselves to be noticed.”

IN THIS MOMENT

For those who like dark and intense music with a distinctive point of view, IN THIS MOMENT have always supplied the goods, and their new single Heretic (feat. Kim Dracula), is as uncompromising as ever. It combines haunting modern soundscapes, ferocious vocals, and a doomsday metal assault, with unflinching lyrics like “I am not your pain or your remedy/I am not your faith or your vanity/I don’t want your gold or your filth/That you give and you take.”

Heretic (feat. Kim Dracula) marks the first new music to be released from the GRAMMY® Award-nominated Los Angeles band’s upcoming as-yet-untitled ninth album and debut for Better Noise Music.

THE RASMUS

6x Platinum and 8x Gold-certified, record-breaking Finnish rock outfit THE RASMUS released Love Is A Bitch, described by lead singer Lauri Ylönen as a “wildcard” track for the band. Known for their musically dark atmospheres, the band subversively merges catchy modern pop stylings with stadium-sized guitar crunch in this sardonic song about relationships.

‘This song was always a wildcard,” says Ylönen. “It never fit with the rest of the songs. Still, we thought it was a fun song to play, and I’m glad we decided to put it on the album. Lyrically, it’s about someone who’s treating you like shit but is too good in bed to let go.”

Love Is A Bitch is taken from the album WEIRDO. It arrives September 12, marking THE RASMUS’ 11th studio album and first for Better Noise Music.

THE RED JUMPSUIT APARATUS

5X Platinum-certified alternative rock mainstays THE RED JUMPSUIT APPARATUS released Slipping Through (No Kings), their latest single and video. The urgent and impassioned rallying cry—written by lead vocalist, guitarist and founding member Ronnie Winter with producer and songwriter Matt Squire—compellingly looks at the societal chaos gripping America right now.

“It’s about what’s going on in our country. The destruction of it. Everything we ever stood for is ‘slipping through,’” says Winter. “It all began with Matt Squire and I working together in Los Angeles. He played me the track, and it immediately hit me. I knew this was the moment to say something about what’s really going on and happening in our city. To put it simply, my neighbours are disappearing. Families are being torn apart. And our community has reached a breaking point. These aren’t strangers, they’re our friends, our loved ones. They’re not immigrants to us, they’re neighbours. And like Jesus said, ‘Love thy neighbour.’ That’s what this song is about.”

SOLENCE

Swedish electronic metal group SOLENCE is defined as much by their endless optimism as their boundless talent. For Dead_Alive—the blazing new single from their upcoming fifth album ANGELS CALLING, due out October 3—they take an especially bracing lyrical turn. On the track, they confront societal chaos and hold out hope by urgently singing lines like “Zombified, we need to stop the bleeding/Living like we’re dead alive.” The music is signature SOLENCE: they combine big pop hooks and electro savvy with the heavy yet melodic intensity of trailblazing Swedish metal into a distinctive international sound equal parts hypnotic and uplifting.
