Off the back of new single “Behind The Beat” and the announcement of their ‘Subtitles for X, Y, Z’ EP, CREO will be playing a residency at Sydney’s Bald Face Stag throughout March before heading north to Byron Bay, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, and Gold Coast for more shows into April.
After a successful 2015 off the back of releases, “Suay” and “Light It Up”, CREO spent majority of 2016 working with long-time friend/producer Nathan Sheehy (Birds of Tokyo, Bluejuice, Dune Rats) on what would become the Sydney quartet’s upcoming EP titled ‘Subtitles for X, Y, Z’. A record that the four piece say is not afraid to flirt with nostalgia, whilst establishing the notion of hopefulness for whatever the next chapter may be, “Behind The Beat” is the first taste of why the Sydney based rockers have been in hiding for the best part of a year.
