The final piece of the CherryRock017 puzzle is the Godfather of Desert Groove himself, Brant Bjork.
Brant Bjork has spent over a quarter of a century at the epicentre of Californian desert rock having composed and drummed on Kyuss’ landmark early albums and propelled the seminal fuzz of Fu Manchu from 1994 to 2001. This year’s ‘Tao of the Devil’ album is Brant’s 7th “solo” outing and again features The Low Desert Punk band. Last year he launched the annual Desert Generator Festival in Pioneertown California that includes the Stoned & Dusted pre-show in the Wilderness.
