Sydney’s Hardcore heavyweights Arteries are crashing into 2021 with the full force of a sledgehammer, dropping their savage new single “Play Nice”.
Beginning at a slow and menacing pace accompanied by sinister visuals, the listener is lulled into a false sense of security before being abruptly projectiled into a maelstrom of djent riffs, brutal breakdowns and magnetic vocals which evoke the polished ferociousness of extreme metal legendaries such as Meshuggah and The Dillinger Escape Plan.
As the opening track on their highly anticipated upcoming album, “Play Nice” showcases a great deal of intensity and sonic assault in its vicious yet captivating runtime of 2.5 minutes.
