Hardline Media are proud to announce from the Cold Dark Depths of the Russian forests, ARKONA, with special guests from the vast lands of Siberia, NYTT LAND, performing their SOUTHERN RITUAL in late September across Australia.
For the first time, Russian Pagan Folk legends ARKONA, will perform in Australia. After a near quarter of a century career, the band continue to go from strength to strength, with the new album Kob, out now via Napalm Records, a true listening feast for any fan of the ancient arts. Their lyrics are heavily influenced by Russian folklore and Slavic mythology, and their music incorporates several traditional Russian musical instruments. The name of the band “Arkona” refers to the last Pre-Christianized Slavic city-castle.
