Interview by XEN from Kaosis

In a podcast with Kaosis frontman Xen, Anders Colsefni discusses being open to working with his old Slipknot cohorts if the opportunity presented itself. This is a large pivot from his previous statements regarding the topic.

In the interview, Colsefni discusses the possibility of extending the current Mate. Feed. Kill. Repeat Tour to include other countries.

Anders also talks about what his favorite Slipknot song is post his departure, and it’s a choice that most would not expect. His reasoning is about as open-minded as anyone could be considering his history with the band.

The interview fielded questions from Anders’s Facebook fanbase where he also briefly touches on details relating to the infamous Jar of Death, the torture machine on the cover of Mate. Feed. Kill. Repeat and various other topics.

Questions from the Podcast:

1. Are you still living in des moines?

2. Who is your biggest musical influence?

3. Could you list all the bands you have played in during your career?

4. What did you initially want to achieve in Slipknot?

5. Can you tell us about the cage that Joey is sitting in on the cover of MFKR?

6. What is the connection with Crowz and are the rumors about the jar of death true?

7. Would you be open to contributing vocals to a new Slipknot song?

8. Favorite Slipknot song since you exited the band?

9. How many Feeders will be with you on stage to play MFKR?

10. Can fans get any physical Painface albums?

11. Any shows planned in the US/UK/Europe?

12. How do you feel about kicking arse in NZ and AUS?

Last week Colsefni dropped his first new material in nine years when he collaborated with Kaosis and founding Mushroomhead vocalist, Jeffrey Nothing on the track Breaking The Fallen. Check it out below.
