U.S. alt-rock favourites ANBERLIN have announced a special new show to their upcoming Australian tour in 2024, this time bringing their beloved albums Never Take Friendship Personal and Cities to life in full, in Melbourne on Saturday January 27.
With the original Melbourne date for Anberlin now officially sold out, the group is excited to be able to extend their time at the iconic Northcote Theatre in January, with tickets on sale now.
Of their decision to focus this new show on celebrating 2005’s Never Take Friendship Personal and 2007’s Cities, Anberlin ties their connection to both these albums to time spent in Australia. In playing both in full, the band acknowledges how important this music has been, but also enhances the significance both have for them as a touring band internationally.

As with the rest of the tour, Anberlin will be joined by special guests HAWTHORNE HEIGHTS and THE WORD ALIVE for the new Northcote Theatre date.
