Across the Vine dropped their new album +1 in March 2023 and the ripple effects have been felt all over the world.
As Across the Vine’s debut independent release, the sounds of this album have been widely accepted as eclectic and diverse, ensuring that the Ocean Grove (VIC) based heavy rock duo are not pigeonholed into any particular genre.
The album showcases a variety of sounds from the opening track The Chase and its heavy synth rock, to Your Hands which is an acoustic pop song. Box of Secrets has been admired for its synth qualities, while Starship Racer with its low and heavy guitars almost steps into a 90s electro metal sound.
