Former AC/DC drummer, Phil Rudd, has finally had his sentence handed to him. He was sentenced in Tauranga District Court to eight months home detention on drugs and threatening to kill charges.
Rudd pleaded guilty to drug possession and one charge of threatening to kill. If Rudd breaches his home detention sentence, he’ll be sent straight to jail, do not pass go…
Rudd will be monitored 24/7 during his sentence.
