Canberra based Metalcore lords A World In Colour have just released their new single and video Break Me. The new single displays a more melodic hardcore/metalcore crossover, bringing a fresh sound to an already cramped scene.
“Break Me is essentially a bit of a post breakup song and is really trying to capture and describe the feeling of, “why am I not good enough for this person and what did I do wrong”’, the band said. “We all have those moments in our life when we wonder why we’re not good enough and our thoughts tend to spiral into self-loathing and doubt, despite our best efforts. It was really interesting to lay it all out and release it for all to see in a world where mental health is more paramount than ever.”
