After leaving jaws on the floor last month with the release of, Bring Me The Night, their first new music in six years, one of Australia’s most respected melodic metal bands, Vanishing Point have returned with the immaculate, Sirens. Long term guitarist Chris Porcianko says of the song, “Lyrically, it’s about the downfall of humanity, wherein we are very much alive with technology, yet at the same time our morality lies dormant and deteriorates”.
“We have all this information flooding our short attention spans, we are run by a world of fools, and we aren’t looking out for each other as much as we once did. We are all somewhat oblivious to our own decline with many things, whether it be physical, spiritual, or ethical. Sirens continues where Dead Elysium left off, they are both connected”.
