On Saturday 13 March, 2027, a fresh curation of heavy metal and hardcore punk extremity will be inaugurated in Melbourne, Australia with Lucidity.
In celebration of the 25th anniversary of their iconic Jane Doe record, legendary metalcore pioneers CONVERGE will crown their first visit to Australia since 2019 with a rare and exclusive performance of the paradigm-shattering, generationally defining 2001 album which retains a cult-like following to this day. The band has only performed the record twice in it’s entirety at Roadburn in 2016 and Decibel Metal & Beer Fest in 2021.
Renowned for their expressive post-black metal by way of hardcore roots, Belgium’s OATHBREAKER will mark their first trip to the southern hemisphere with a festival exclusive set celebrating 10 years of their widely adored 2016 album Rheia. Redefining modern heavy music with their third studio album, along with relentless touring to follow, OATHBREAKER announced a hiatus in 2018 before reuniting in 2026 to commemorate the 10th anniversary milestone of the paradigm-shifting Rheia.
