I HEART HIROSHIMA have sadly announced they are withdrawing from ZED 51:
“Due to unavoidable personal circumstances we will sadly no longer be able to perform at Zed51,” the band said in a statement. “We are genuinely gutted and want to apologise to those who were keen to watch our show. We were excited to play together again for the first time in many years, particularly to celebrate 4ZZZ, a station that raised us and always supported our music.”
They will be replaced by Los Angeles based internationals PRIMITIVE RING touring select dates with MUDHONEY – now jetting on in their scorching psyche to play their only Brisbane show. Come market another day celebrating the furthering years of our beloved 4ZZZ radio station… and the cultures they generate from that power transmission of community nucleus.
Presented by 4ZZZ, Saturday 24th October 2026 is ZED51 – 13 bands once again cloaking the hills of Roma Street Parklands with music, stalls, and that incredible community spirit.
