Emerging avant-garde metal outfit DieHumane is proud to announce the release of their new single and official music video for The Deep, featuring guest vocals and writing partnership with Jeffrey Nothing (ex-Mushroomhead). This electrifying new piece serves as the first single from DieHumane’s upcoming second full-length record, A Monument To Decay, scheduled for early 2026. The album follows their 2023 debut release, The Grotesque.
In a bold line-up shift, DieHumane enlist renowned drummer Will Hunt (Evanescence, Static-X) in place of former drummer Sal Abruscato (Type O Negative/Life of Agony), who performed on The Grotesque. The new album is being produced and mixed by veteran producer/engineer Ulrich Wild in collaboration with Joshua Vargas.
DieHumane share: “It was a blast to work with Jeffrey Nothing on this track. We knew that we wanted collaborating with friends/other artists we like to be a factor in this record, and Jeff’s name was one of the first to come up. He wasn’t just a guest on the song — he was a big part of the writing as well. We’re big fans of his unique style that becomes the defining fingerprint of any project he joins. Aside from that, Jeff is a great friend, and we love working with him.”
