Taylor Acorn’s newest album, Poster Child, was released on October 24 through Fearless Records, and if you haven’t had a chance to listen yet, I urge you to go and check it out. Poster Child is a beautifully written album that is full of heart and soul. Taylor is very generous and vulnerable through her music and invites you right into her world.
HEAVY had the chance to interview Taylor and get to know more about her and what Poster Child is all about. Although I really haven’t had much luck lately and I ended up sick as a dog on the morning of and couldn’t make the interview. The wonderful Tiana from Dallas Does PR offered to step in with my questions, which gave me the opportunity to make up the video below.
After listening to Taylor’s answers, I found myself in awe of how gentle, kind and humble Taylor is. I already really enjoyed listening to Poster Child, and after hearing back stories and learning a bit more about who she is as a person and musician, I can call myself a fan.
