Australian rock-blues provocateurs Suburbiasuburbia return, with Bad Day Loser, the follow-up to their last sonic ram-raid Bruce Hwy Elbow, which attracted tonnes of interest from radio and streaming platforms across the country.
Bad Day Loser is an up-to-the-minute slice of pure unashamed rock with all of the band’s might and mettle intact: mischievous sense of humour, unfettered musical performances and an utterly persuasive classic-rock stance. The song is about losing the lot but gaining something else in return.
As the band says, ‘Bad Day Loser is a song about losing the lot but finding a way. The track refers to the much-vaunted slippery slide of compounding conditions thrown up by life.’
