Redcliffe bass player Ian “Squirty” Graham earlier this year launched the first video of a four-part series detailing his musical journey and focussing on four bands that have defined his life and career to date.
After reliving his time with Mr Steenki in Episode One and with local hard rock outfit Ceremony in Part Two, Squirty this week takes us inside his years with thrash metal outfit Bull Bolt Method.
Bull Bolt Method are perhaps the heaviest of the three and came at a time when Squirty was struggling to find his musical identity a bit before the metal Gods had their say and set him on his path.
Each episode reveals more about Graham’s good times and bad and is compelling viewing to musicians and fans alike.
Throughout Squirty is open and honest and pulls no punches about his time and lessons with each band, painting an entertaining image of one man’s past, future, and the journey that has seen music take him around the world.
