Melbourne’s industrial thrashers Witchgrinder have announced an all new line-up. Vocalist, guitarist, and songwriter Travis Everett is the only member remaining of the band that released Haunted in 2015.
“The last line up decided to go their own way. So, for me it was either end Witchgrinder or hunt down the best players I could find and keep it going strong. The decision was easy to make.”
“Witchgrinder’s journey has only just begun. I’ve definitely found the right people for the job and we can’t wait to get out there and show everyone what we’ve got.” Everett said.
Everett is joined by an all-star cast in the latest incarnation of the band with Billie Jade (Bass) of Diamond Noir, Ryan Perillo (Drums) from Sirus and Rick Grimm (Lead Guitar) from Illa Turba.
Witchgrinder are expected to set out on tour in March to play the major cities, before knuckling down and releasing a new full length album. A handful of songs have already been written and demoed for the album. Exciting times ahead for the Witchgrinder faithful!
