Is this Guns N’ Roses song stolen from Australian Crawl?

MAX TV has reported that one of their readers have pointed our the similarities between ‘Sweet Child O’ Mine’ by Guns N’ Roses and Australian Crawl’s ‘Unpublished Critics’.
