Manifested in the countryside of Norway, later migrating to Oslo, 54 was created in 2004 with a common interest for progressive extreme music, and a fascination for the analytical essence of theoretical mathematics.
As the band grew, they learned more about life, music and themselves, and so did the music. They returned from the Hero’s Journey back to where it began. Love for the concept of 54 remained in the back of their heads, and finally in 2024 the band concluded it was time to finish the chapter started 20 years earlier, and release the debut album.
