50 Lions kick start their Australian tour in Melbourne this week to celebrate their album New Reality released earlier this month via Last Ride Records.
After taking everyone by surprise, showing up as the headliner for A Cold Day In BNE 2024, long-time fans of 50 Lions were left hoping this was a sign of their return and patiently waited to see what happened next. Little did we know that a year later 50 Lions will drop a new single, Heaven’s Gates, from their upcoming album and announce an Australian tour.
Hardcore is alive and thriving in 2025, that is no secret. The cherry on top is welcoming back a band that helped shape what modern Australian hardcore sounds like today and being able to soak up an album that goes so hard it’s like no time has passed at all.
