SEXY/HEAVY These handsome veterans add some sludge to that fudge you don’t wanna judge. We think Sexy/Heavy have a sound that just can’t be appreciated properly unless seen live.
THE UNDERHANDED You’ve gotta hand it to’em, stoner grunge mixed with the heavy psychedelia tinges reminiscent of the palm desert and German stoner scenes is an underrated formula.
BUGDUST Rounding out this first batch of inebriated bands are an act that bring balls-out, ear smashing rock ’n’ roll to a festival that urges you to conceal your balls during performances and refrain from smashing the ears of fellow patrons.
CHILD Some say they were born from jackals, others think they transform into them like werewolves, except instead of a full-moon they just need 12 beers each. HEAVY reckons Child are the perfect addition of stoner blues rock to the Brewtality 2014 lineup.
LIZZARD WIZZARD Four piece Turn-based Stoner Doom from Brisbane. We’ve got all kinds of stoner oriented bands at this festival, these chaps ensure the stoner/doom box is ticked off for us.
SEEDY JEEZUS These psychedelic boogie warriors take the beast of ’60s psych and melt it to the throbbing corpse of ’70s rock. Throbbing corpses people!
